Return & Refund Policy

All products sold by Part Time Artist are made on demand.
This means each item is produced specifically for an order once it is placed.

Because of this production method, returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference are not accepted.

Refunds or replacements are only available in the following cases:

• The item is defective

• The item is damaged during delivery

• The item received is incorrect

If you experience one of these issues, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Items that are damaged due to normal wear, misuse, or washing instructions not being followed are not eligible for refund or replacement.
