I run a YouTube channel called Design with Hugo. Most of what I post there doesn't sell anything, it's just stuff I think is worth making. This shop started because I wanted something small and physical to come out of that same place.
The name isn't a claim to being a professional artist, because I'm not one. There's a day job, or classes, or whatever else is eating most of the week, and the channel and this shop happen in whatever time is left over. That's the actual "part time" part. Not a brand story, just the schedule.
Nice Job Team came out of editing, honestly. It's the thing I catch myself saying, half sarcastic, on the nights a video isn't coming together and I'm still at it anyway. At some point it stopped being a private joke on my end and turned into a tee, then a few more designs after that.
Everything here is print-on-demand through Printify. I don't hold stock, so nothing gets made until someone actually orders it. That means smaller runs and a lot less waste, and it also means a few extra days before your order ships compared to buying off a shelf. Felt like a fair trade to me.
