Is this print-on-demand? What does that mean for me?
Yes. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to sell. Each piece gets made after you order it, which is why it takes a bit longer than a regular store, but also why there's no unsold stock going to waste.
How long does an order actually take?
Production usually takes a few business days before anything even ships, then shipping is on top of that. If it feels slower than ordering from a big retailer, that's the trade-off of on-demand production instead of mass stock.
What if something arrives damaged, wrong, or defective?
Contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund. Full details are in the Refund Policy.
Do the shirts fit true to size?
They're unisex, regular fit. If you're between sizes or like things a bit oversized, sizing up usually works well.
